• Partner applications. If you apply to the partner programme we additionally store your country, city, business or social links, the partner type you selected, and the background you describe in the application.
• Technical data. Your IP address and browser user agent are recorded with each submission. We use these to prevent spam and abuse, not to build a profile of you.
• Analytics. If analytics is enabled, our provider sets cookies that record which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Why we collect it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, to assess a partner application, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our own accounting and legal records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on servers we control and is accessible only to the small number of people at DeveloperPK who need it to do their job. Access to our administration system requires an individual account and is logged.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Write to us using the address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
