Terms of Service

Last updated Oct 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the services DeveloperPK provides. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to them.

Engaging us

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Prices, timelines and scope shown here are indicative. A project begins only when both parties have signed a written proposal or agreement setting out the deliverables, the schedule and the fee.

Your responsibilities

Delivering software on time depends on both sides. You agree to provide content, access, approvals and feedback within the timeframes set out in your agreement, and to warrant that any material you supply (text, images, logos, data) is yours to use. Delays in providing these move the delivery schedule accordingly.

Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full for a project, the custom code and designs we produced specifically for it are yours. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your delivered work. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

Portfolio rights

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show your project in our portfolio and describe the work we did. We will never publish anything you have marked confidential, and we will never disclose your commercial data.

Confidentiality

We treat anything you share with us in the course of a project as confidential and disclose it only to the people working on your project. This obligation continues after the project ends.

Warranty and support

We warrant that delivered work will function as described in the agreed specification. Defects reported within the warranty period stated in your agreement are fixed at no charge. Changes to requirements, new features, and problems caused by third-party services or by modifications we did not make are handled as new work.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where the law does not permit that limitation.

The partner programme

Participation in the partner programme is subject to approval and to the commission terms of the tier you are approved at. Commissions are recorded when a referred deal closes and is paid for. We may suspend or end a partnership where these terms or the programme's terms are breached.

Website content

The content of this site is provided for information. We keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Where a project is contracted through our United Arab Emirates office, the laws of the UAE apply instead. Disputes are dealt with by the courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your project is the one published when your agreement was signed.
